Very interesting the PACE framework, never used it.

Finding the sweet spot on high performance is quite difficult and, from my experience, it's always different on each team.

We have to watch and listen to the team members to understand what is the right way and how do they get motivated.

Thanks for sharing Rafa!

It's always challenging, but achieving that sweet spot is rewarding!

Productively is close to my heart, and I love the PACE framework (seems like a subset of the SPACE framework). What’s been your experience using this framework, vis-a-vis others? Great writeup!

Thank you, Gaurav!

I try to be pragmatic and adapt to the environment we operate in. Some companies are highly metrics-driven, while others are not (and some people don’t believe in performance metrics at all). My goal is always to gain a basic understanding of the team’s health and performance.

As you mentioned, this approach is based on the SPACE framework, DORA metrics, and the new DX Core 4, so it continues to evolve. I don’t consider myself an expert in this field, and as I mentioned, I can’t always implement it exactly as I’d like. However, I aimed to provide a rough idea of how I approach this complex topic.

I liked this post.
