Productively is close to my heart, and I love the PACE framework (seems like a subset of the SPACE framework). What’s been your experience using this framework, vis-a-vis others? Great writeup!

I try to be pragmatic and adapt to the environment we operate in. Some companies are highly metrics-driven, while others are not (and some people don’t believe in performance metrics at all). My goal is always to gain a basic understanding of the team’s health and performance.
As you mentioned, this approach is based on the SPACE framework, DORA metrics, and the new DX Core 4, so it continues to evolve. I don’t consider myself an expert in this field, and as I mentioned, I can’t always implement it exactly as I’d like. However, I aimed to provide a rough idea of how I approach this complex topic.

Thank you, Gaurav!
