Interesting concepts 😄 I would add that since vibe coding is based on LLM doing all the heavy lifting, the foundation of vibe leading would require the team to be skillful and independent enough to handle issues with minimal guidance. In that case, leader are able to start leading the team with “vibe/prompt” and adjust based on the outputs.

Yes, teams need to be autonomous to a greater extent. And leaders are responsible engineers keep learning, progressing and adapting for maximum impact.
