I completely agree that it’s essential to focus on both results and your people. When things are out of balance and a leader focuses solely on results or only on employee well-being, they lose effectiveness. You can’t make everyone happy all the time, but making fair decisions that drive results is what really matters.

It definitely makes sense :)

It reminded me a lot of the thoughts of Andy Groove, in 'High output management'. I highly recommend that one, old but still super relevant!

Definitely, I always have in mind Andy Grove's lessons about management. In fact, I linked to another post where I wrote about what was the outcome of a manager according to him.
